Last Sunday I had the Kiwi cash carnival I was really excited because if you got first second or third you got money. I got two pbs they were in the 100 back and 50 back. I got $10 in the end.

Soccer At School

Every Morning well mostly every morning we play soccer. We play with Ansley, Alec, Caelum ,Renee, Niamh, Adam ,Phil and heaps more people. We played it today and I got the ball off Adam, Logan, Jamie, and Philip. We won 7-3 it was really fun!!!

WALT: Use paragraphs in our writing

Marge has hair as blue as the sky on a clear sunny day. Her bright yellow skin glissons in the sun light. The gleaming white pearls shine around her neck every where she goes.

Marge is a bright bubbly person. She is obbsesed with keeping her house neat and tidy.

She has three kids called Lisa, Bart, Maggie she also has a husband called Homer. Marge loves making her family a big breakfast which includes pancakes with a runny maple syrup sauce and plates of huge square waffles covered in chocolate sauce with huge glasses orange juice.

Marge has many diffrent jobs in her life which includes a police officer, teacher, and real esate agent.

Her husband Homer makes Marge do everything for him like make his breakfast do his washing and many more.

She also has to drag Homer away from the Moes each night

My Birthday Party

On Saturday afternoon at 4.00pm it was my 11th birthday party. The people that came were Niamh, Abby, Ansley, Jasmine, Renee, Maddi, Daina. The first game we played was an apple bobbing we filled the whole bath tub with water and put twelve apples in the clear blue water. The red and green apples bobbed in the water. I won Ana came second. For coming first or second you got a whole big block chocolate. We had heaps of fun at my birthday party.

A taxi driver shot 12 people and the killed him self in Cumbria. He had killed some of his fellow taxi drivers this was very up setting. 25 were hurt and 8 of them are in critical care.

ZombieLand

On Saturday night my sister dad and I all watched Zombie Land. It was awesome and scary to. My dad said it was awesome. It was really funny. It is my favourite movie. There was blood that was as red as paint.

Gisborne

The waves roll back and forth on the warm sandy beach of Gisborne. The ice-cream shops were kids are yelling at the door ‘can we go in’ kids plead to their mum and dad. The lush green grass sways in the gentle breeze. The white woolly sheep ‘baaa’ in the lush green grass paddock. The bright blue sky shimmers down on the beach. Kids are building huge sand castles, while others are splashing around in the shallows of the beautiful blue sea of Gisborne. The older kids are out in the deeper waters body surfing, boogie boarding, and surfing. Right beside the beach is a park the red, yellow, and blue wooden logs which are painted in these three colours. Family’s are relaxing on the park tables eating all of their picnic food. After a long thrilling day at Gisborne the family settle down at the beach for a yummy kiwi kai dinner.

The New Laptops

Today Mr Mcnaught brought in 16 new Hp mini laptops. We have nine computers in the class room. We also have two big laptops which means we have 26 computers in the class room. We have 28 kids in the class so only two people miss out on using computers. The laptops are really flash. I am using one and it going really well.
